Return & Exchange Policy
At Imaginative Player, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within a reasonable period from the delivery date.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain personal items, such as face coverings, cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards and downloadable products are also final sale.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please contact our customer service team within the eligible return window. You will receive instructions on how to proceed and where to send your package.
Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different color or size, subject to availability. Please follow the standard return process and indicate the details of the desired exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all associated shipping costs to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Gift Returns
Items marked as gifts may be returned for store credit. The credit will be issued once the return is received.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment processor. If you have done this and the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.
Damages During Shipping
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier. For any items damaged during shipment, contact us as soon as possible so we can help you file a claim.
